Jack D. Scott Jack D.
Scott is an independent consultant and dedicated professional with more than 35
years of experience in the field of logistics at the Department of Defense. Mr.
Scott obtained specialized skills and experience in implementing various
logistics processes, requirements / product validation, and documentation &
database management, for which he received the Department of the Army
Meritorious Civilian Service Award. He has received Professional Program
Certification in DOD Acquisition Logistics, DOD Physical Distribution
Management, and DOD Maintenance Management.He was born in Mount Union, PA, raised in Philadelphia, PA, attended Temple University, and returned to Johnstown, PA upon retirement from federal government in Jan 2002. Jack currently works as a Logistics Program Analyst for Applied Ordnance Technology, Inc., Johnstown, PA, a leading innovator in the defense community for technical products and services. “As a sufferer of peripheral neuropathy, I have found the PAIN Foundation of Western Pennsylvania to be an asset to our region by providing valuable information to assist pain sufferers, in conjunction with their professional care provider, in making informed decisions relative to their particular needs.”
