Kevin J. Sensenig, Ph.D. Kevin Sensenig has over 13 years of experience in management, leadership, education and training for business. He owns and operates a professional services firm that specializes in business and organization development. His primary responsibilities are in supporting senior executives in the clarification of strategic direction and alignment of organization resources to achieve that direction. He earned an associate of specialized business degree in marketing management from Central Pennsylvania College, a bachelor‘s degree in marketing education from Temple University, a master’s in business education from Bowling Green State University, and a doctorate in workforce education and development from Pennsylvania State University. Kevin serves as the Chairperson of the Southern Alleghenies Workforce Investment Board and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Central Pennsylvania Industrial Modernization Center. He is a member of American Management Association (AMA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Epsilon Delta Epsilon, Delta Pi Epsilon, and Phi Kappa Phi. He co-edited the Sourcebook for Self-Directed Learning with Dr. William J. Rothwell that was published by HRD Press. “Serving on the PAIN Foundation of Western PA as a board member is important to me because the results of pain appear to have a larger impact on lost personal and professional productivity than most people may be aware. My hope is that we can educate the public regarding the negative impact of pain and change the focus of treatment to solving causes of pain rather than simply addressing symptoms.” |
